Upcoming Week! (April 4, 2021)

Become a Delegate + Election Integrity + Events

We want to wish you a happy Resurrection Sunday tomorrow and we hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow! Here are some important announcements for next week:

Lynchburg Election Integrity Rally - Special guest speakers include Mary Coran of The Amistad Project with the important updates on election integrity efforts. Find out the latest news in Lynchburg from Amber Haskew, hear what brand new laws are coming out of Richmond, and tips from an expert on how to vet our list. If you want to learn more or help, please join us for this rally and information briefing on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at 6 PM at 212 Fleetwood Dr, Lynchburg. If you can’t come and still want to get involved in this process, CLICK HERE to communicate your specific interest to us.

Young Conservatives are having a Meet and Greet for ages 14-26. In our “cancel culture,” it is especially difficult to be a young conservative. We want to find, strengthen, and encourage our future leaders to know they are not alone! Please invite any conservative of these ages to connect with us. We are excited to meet and share ideas about our start-up and plan fun events together that make a difference! Friday, April 9, 2021 at 7:00 PM, Liberty Mountain Conference Center, 3700 Candlers Mountain Road, Lynchburg. Light snacks provided. Please RSVP to Beth: bethh6178@yahoo.com.

Even if you are a registered voter in Lynchburg you must also sign up to be a delegate to help choose our next Republican Governor, Lt. Governor, and Attorney General. If you are a Lynchburg resident but have not signed up to be a delegate, please do so immediately! There is no charge and the deadline is coming up quickly (April 19). Out of courtesy to our team, please do not wait until the last minute!

We are excited that this year’s convention location will be very convenient to our Lynchburg city residents. In addition, we will have weighted ballots and so we are planning for it to be a quick and painless drive-thru voting process. If you need more information about what to expect, here is a video explaining the process:

Have you ever wondered what sets an amazing volunteer apart? Our own Josh Pratt explains what makes a volunteer exceptional in his latest article posted on our LRCC blog.

We are currently looking for volunteers and we want to invite YOU to be a part of this incredible team! Please contact us to see if there is an open position that is just the right fit for your strengths!

Again, we hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Sincerely,

Your Lynchburg Republican City Committee Team
